1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22two666 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 22two666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 22two666 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 22two666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22two666, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.

22two666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 22two666 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 22two666 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Verification may require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22two666 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to two (2) banking hours depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on banking days. 22two666 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

22two666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to the Platform's anti-money laundering procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22two666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts may not claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• 22two666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 22two666 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

22two666 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 22two666 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's account balance. 22two666's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22two666 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 22two666 staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22two666 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

22two666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22two666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy

22two666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

22two666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 22two666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
